That has nothing to do with it. Once Gayle takes full ownership, she technically no longer has to adhere to whatever Tom’s wishes were in his succession plan. It’s now her team, and anything that was “binding by the previous owner” would be unenforceable. And if he’s written into her plan, that’s nothing a few grand to her attorneys can’t change.
