Copyrights don’t have to be registered. Once the artistic expression is fixed in a tangible medium, certain protections attach. Now whether or not Barstool actually chooses to take action to enforce is up to them.

LINKBarstool president was being a dick on twitter when saints fans were asking for a black and gold version, so frick him. He knows there’s a demand and flat out refuses to supply. This is on him, and bravo to this other company for filling a need
