Need one regardless. I wouldn't be mad about Madon Taylor or Harold Fannin in the 3rd

All in on Fannin

Warren is a wasted pick that high

Taylor and Fannin. I don’t love Loveland and despite how good Warren’s tape is, he did zero pre draft workouts and I just don’t like a TE that high.

Obviously Mason Tayler

but two dark horses I see for the Saints if they draft TE late are,

Terrence Ferguson

Mitchell Evans

Taylor isn't making it to the 3rd. Lots of mocks have him in 2nd round now. Moving up draft boards.

For 3rd and beyond, Fanin and Gunner Helm are good prospects. I'd take either of those for sure.

IMO he's going to go a lot higher that most people are expecting. I've kinda heard that he doesn't really seem to fit Moores offense (or what Moore has typically had are TE in the past.)

I've also heard him compared to Marcus Colston at Hofstra as TE, maybe more developed as a TE for the NFL than Colston.

agree, Mason was a good fit but he will get grabbed in the second now after he ran a 4.5

The Miami TE or Nebraska kid 4th or 5th.

If Warren is avail at 9, we should get some phone calls.

Huh, that's the first time I've heard that comparison.

Nothing against Colston but Arroyo is certainly faster than him.

I heard him doing an interview on Sirius XM NFL radio this week. Basically saying that he's a willing blocker. That he'd wouldn't mind getting in 12 personnel which I know more likes to use a lot if I'm not mistaken.

lol I know as soon as I typed it it wasn't going to be received like I had heard it or meant it.

I just had heard he's a receiving threat more than a true TE, though Arroyo is definitely more refined as a blocker and over all TW (NFL ready) than Colston was to play TE. Probably not a real good comparison and shouldn't have repeated it.

You do realize Colston didn't play TE, right?

Colston:

At the Combine, he recorded a 40 yard dash of 4.54 seconds.

Arroyo ran a 4.69.

Welp....

So much for that I guess

In a dead sprint Colston did had a smooth stride

Arroyo just looks like he plays faster so when I saw that comp that was the first thing I thought

Juwan Johnson just got $30 million. Foster is serviceable. Not sure why y’all are so obsessed with Warren and TE in general. TE is one of the least impactful positions on the field. I’m more worried about OL, DL, WR, RB, LB, CB

Also signed Stoll from the Eagles. He's primarily a blocker though.

Foster blew up his knee in the last game of the season. So you got to wonder when he's going to be ready and greenlit for a return?

I would agree that might not be a position of need. Butt, if a certain player is available in the mid to late rounds, why not take a swing??

JJ is no world-beater.
If you think Warren can be a multi Pro Bowler, grab him.

Sure. If KM loves a player he should draft whoever he wants. But OP frames as tho we have to draft a TE. I don’t think Warren is worth a top 10 pick. And that’s not an insult seeing as there’s only been 5 top 10 pick TEs since 2000

Talking about Colston Loveland...the TE prospect in this draft who is consensus TE2 behind Warren
