It's quite amazing how frequently people will just talk in circles

To be fair he just kind of seems excited.
This isn’t an endorsement for drafting sanders but I think we see so many young QBs fail because we expect the see 21-22 year old guys come in and grasp complex NFL systems, play well at the highest level on shitty teams, AND lead a bunch of grown arse alpha males who make their livings doing this.
Thats going to just be a really rare sequence of events and why I think you’re seeing more and more of these young retreads have a lot more success in their next act like Baker, Goff, Darnold, etc. For guys to come in and do all these things day one you’re often looking at a unicorn.

The only thing I got out of that video is this country's education system as a whole is pathetic.

Was he saying that he was being a leader? How about try that shite when your dad isn't the coach. I am not going to bash his speaking ability but him saying that he is/was a leader is a fricking joke.

This dude has thrown his teammates under the bus on numerous occasions.

Nothing he said was wrong though.
It is a mental game. High achievement at any level is not mental then anything.

If the fans had access to the NFL marketing plan, they would realize that Sanders is a marketing goldmine.
Draft someone that the NFL will promote and help be successful. Some of those continued strange officiated calls may regress to the mean.

I wasn’t talking about Sanders. Just about these pie in the sky expectations fans have on highly drafted QBs.

It is pretty funny when you think about it. The guy may very well be an exceptional leader; however, you really can't judge his leadership qualities from his HS or college career because his dad has always been there.
I am sure his dad has been able to guide him and coach him up on leadership skills the past 6 years; but has Shedeur truly had to step up and deal with disgruntled teammates that will push back if dad isn't there to back him up?

Yes he has. Get his dick out of your mouth. His dad has said that usually after a turnover he says 'look at the tape' and it's because of a bad route or something not Sanders fault.
Dude open your fricking eyes and do some research.

Has his daddy been his head coach from the get go? I don't think Dart is the answer either but let's not act like Dart has been propped up like Sanders has.

Bad example. This is Deion throwing Shedeur's teammates under the bus. Not Shedeur throwing them under the bus

Sanders consistently blamed others? what are you on lol bro was worse than Carr about blaming his oline. We do not need this mediocre qb and bad leadership.
