He was placed on IR on November 21st; you have to miss 4 games per the rule, so yes this week he should be eligible

He used to be valuable to this team then he became unreliable. If he plays, he will get hurt and be out the rest of the year.

Every report I have seen is saying they haven't even opened a practice window for him yet. I doubt he plays.
