They should meet with him. They should meet with a lot of potential picks

They usually meet with many many players during this process. iirc someone reported that they usually meet 100s of players. Not all of which they intend on drafting.

They have a limited amount of players they can actually do formal meetings with at the combine. Its actually pretty small

Ah.. well maybe that was total through the whole process leading up to the draft not just at the combine.

Will be interesting to see how Moore handles meetings/interviews. Payton, and then Allen, were known to have interviews with as many QBs as possible. And then, when they do interview other players, they use those interviews to get insight on players that they ultimately draft without ever having a formal sit down.

I have a feeling fans are over valuing the need on the Oline and Dline (Interior).

I read an X post the other day that said the team likes what they saw in Penning and his growth last season and have no plans to move him inside. You are not drafting one of the top tackles to move inside either so Oline is likely a day 2 or 3 add.

Everything I've read about the new odd fronts on Dline is that you do not need a giant NT (Not that their really are many coming out of college these days.)

The real need is pass rushers that can create problems for the QB from multiple different looks.

I also think BD is going to be a big area they want to address with youth in the draft. They real.ly need to get a shutdown CB opposite McKinstry/Adebo and let Talyor move back to the nickel where he can do what he does best.

We 100% need help on both lines. Especially the interior.

i'm wondering if some these draft picks will be given a nudge by the assistants who know them after moving on from their previous college teams.

These hires that KM made are intentional but just wondering if there will be a snowball effect on a few of these picks should said player be available?

He had a good senior bowl week too. He's in play at 9 if Mickey is making decisions.
