I, for one, would love that. Wife and I have been talking about making a Euro trip within the next couple of years.

Should have happened years ago. France is an untapped market for the Saints and it’s a natural match.

It doesn’t mean they are playing games over there year after year. It just means the Saints are marking that place as their European turf. Good way for a small market team to sell merchandise. And it actually is high time to get football marketed in France. The NFL has never engaged it… not with the WLAF, not with exhibition games… nothing.

Have a feeling the 17th game added so that it could eventually be the international game.

If the NFL club members thought they could make more money playing games on the moon we would be playing games on the moon.

Believe it or not there is a New Orleans Saints cafe currently in Paris. They are big time Saints fans there. I visited it a couple years ago when I visited the city. I was completely shocked when I ran across the cafe.

Do a game in France every three years and have it rotate between home and away on the schedule is the only fair thing to do. You can't give up one HOME game a year in France, for crying out loud.

That's absurd.

No surprise the Saints would be first NFL team to market in France, should NOLA keep going down the Shiter moving to Paris would make sense.

since when did the NFL give a flying frick about being fair to any team, especially when it involved the saints. they always go out of their way to frick the saints in everything they do

Why in the world would this get a downvote?

It fundamentally hurts the Saints and the home fans.

What, do people think this will help with recruiting or something?
