You know this how? if he could ever get away from the circus that surrounds him, he could become a very good NFL QB.

Jeeez I hope all these smart guys clowning sanders know what they’re talking about. We just payed twice the price for a quarterback who had maybe half the production Sanders had.

quote:

Projected 4-Year Contracts
#1 Cam Ward, $48.7M
#25 Jaxson Dart, $17M
#40 Tyler Shough, $10.8M
#92 Jalen Milroe, $6.2M
#94 Dillon Gabriel, $6.2M
#144 Shedeur Sanders, $4.6M

And Shough was in the same recruiting class as Trevor Lawerence and Justin Fields. This reminds me of when this board clowned the Bucs for getting Baker Mayfield on a 1-year $4million after we signed Carr for $150 million backloaded

Half of your post history is in Sanders threads. That dude just rattling around in there, huh. He got a 2 car garage and pool house and room for a tennis court.

I don't think Sanders to NOLA was ever a possibility. What first time head coach wants to willingly tie their future to a guy who has never played an NFL snap and is wanting to run his own offense?

I never said there was a chance and I never wanted Sanders. But we are in no position to make fun of Sanders. Just like we were in no position to make fun of the Bucs and Mayfield.

The face painters on this board live in this weird delusional arrogance that the saints are somehow this super savvy organization because we rode Brees and Sean’s coat tail for 20 years.

Tampa wins a Super Bowl, retires our goat, continues to control the division for years and our fans have the audacity to clown them. We are a toilet bowl franchise.

What does he have to do with the Saints? I've taken many dumps on this franchise, BUT, it's a new era, and I'm really excited for the new blood. Don't believe the draft grades. They had a great draft, and addressed needs. My only gripe is the WR/RB are kinda weak.

Sanders or not the saints did not address the need for a QB

Not all college production is created equal, nor matters. If it did then Cole Kelley outproduced Cam Ward in the SLC so he should have clearly been a #1 pick a few years ago.

The dude from Louisville can play. He has seen many defenses, and mature. Sanders has played against Bonnabel and Riverdale defenses his entire career. If it weren't for his old man he'd be undrafted.

Sanders shite talk aside, he actually has a decent chance to make the roster in Cleveland.

Deshaun won't play this year, Flacco is QB1 and if he gets hurt or craps out, might as well see what you got with the two rookies before next year's deeper QB draft.

Pickett is the one that needs to be combing through his lease agreement to see what it says about getting out of it early.
