At this point, He can’t surpass the annual pay he got last year

Can he do that? Did he hire an agent? If so, he has no more eligibility for college football.

Someone was trying to say that he could go back bc the NCAA allows players to get paid and not considered "amateur". That Shedeur could challenge the NCAA on this.
He can't go back to college. The date to withdraw from the draft passed. It would be the ultimate walk of shame for him too. Plus his best WR is gone. He won't have better stats than this year.
He did this to himself. Him and his father for being arrogant and thinking they are above the process.
