The Shedeur Sanders is a top QB prospect Propaganda has failed

If you watch the tape you can see he did not see the field well, held on to the ball to long causing alot of his sacks, and has a average to below average arm. But ESPN and Mel Kiper tried to convince everyone he was a top 5 pick. A good comp for him is Mac Jones, basically a back up NFL QB. Hopefully the Saints stay away from him on day 2

I think he is a high upside guy at 40

I would rather Milroe in the 3-4 round than Shedeur
Would much rather Shough, Howard or McCord (as more “ready” options)

I do not want the Saints to draft a QB from this years class.
The guys in this draft are not franchise quality NFL QB's.
I want no part of Sanders, Ewers, or any of these other bums.

Would rather a rotational d lineman who may get a sack rather than take a sack

A lot of it has to do with his interviews and attitude.
He has some talent.
I'm sure he will get picked tom.

I guess. If we are being honest he actually reminds me of Spencer Rattler but Shedeur has a weaker arm. Rattler got picked in the 5th Round. To me Shedeur has a weaker arm than Rattler and is just about as athletic as him. Rattler played against better competition in the SEC. If Shedeur gets drafted any higher than the 5th round he should feel lucky because he is not a better prospect than Spencer Rattler

If anyone uses Mel Kiper as their go to draft analysis, they need to have a CAT scan to detect any brain injuries. He really thinks he knows football talent when he has missed way more than hit. He really needs to retire.
I also think ESPN and NFL Network are afraid of Deion. I think they don't want to go negative on his son for fear of what he will do or not allow. Bc even watching the draft recap shows, they all Shedeur will have that chip and he won't have to be the "man" but will be better off than being a first round pick. No one is saying how his ego is the reason he was not selected but things outside of his control were.

The way Kiper was getting wet any time he had the opportunity to talk about Sanders was embarrassing. I’m usually one that can just ignore that stuff but the way they hit you over the head with the Shedeur stuff was awful

I watched the ABC broadcast with the College GameDay crew minus McAfee. Nick Saban and Herbstreit will give the best analysis since they actually watch the college games.
I stopped watching Kiper and ESPN broadcast years ago when he would disagree with the picks only for that player to be better than he had projected. Also he said Jimmy Clausen would be a stud franchise QB and staked his reputation on it. Said he would retire if Clausen is not successful.

He's a really good passer. He has a really good arm. His numbers speak for themselves. I'm not really worried about his sacks but I do think he's a little undersized in terms of stature/build.
Bottom line is when he opens his mouth he sounds stupid and arrogant. I don't want our team to deal with all the headline drama. He's good enough to get drafted soon but its easy to see why everyone is passing. Call it like it is.

I disagree about the arm. He has below average arm talent. Spencer Rattler has a better arm than Shedeur. Combine that with his bad attitude that he got from Deion and it is not a good combination

He’s a backup who will be a locker room distraction everyday. I don’t even want him in the second round.

Great kid, wears jewelry. Knows marketing. I see no problems. We're not shooting three pointers and throwing gun symbols with our hands either...

So anther bench warmer who gets dusted off in Game 8 only to be benched in favor of another bench warmer in game 11?

Saying he has a really good arm is not calling it like it is.
27% of his passes were at or behind the line of scrimmage his adot of 8.8 ranked him 338 out of 400 qb’s in 2024.
He does not have a really good arm.
