Uhh the most Saints finish in the history of football wouldn’t involve them winning

If the result was flipped, I’d agree. Classic saints.
But they won so it was kind of un-saints like in a way

When were you born? This isn’t even top 20, especially since they won.

River city relay or the hail mary against Cleveland
Playoffs would obviously be Minnesota

2004 was worse. Were 4-8, finished 8-8. Lost out on a playoff spot because of some BS tiebreaker rule NFL made up on the spot.

It was the Giants with the Vintage Saints finish.

Don't forget about Rams' no call, 49ers and Vernon Davis, or Beast Mode breaking a dozen tackles

Saints at Jacksonville 2003 all time most Saints finish.

I’ll think on it but I think you are correct - most Saints’ finish ever that resulted in a win.

We were actually in until Doug Brien missed a FG and the Jets lost to STL in overtime.

or the Steve Bartkowski Big Ben ? Happened twice at home vs. ATL … lose on the last play of the game.
or the 1979 MNF epic meltdown vs OAK when Ken Stabler & Cliff Branch came back from 28-7 late in the 3rd Q and snatched victory from the jaws of death 42-35.
or allowing an 0-26 Tampa Bay team beat you at home for their first franchise win
I could go on and on

Dude.....Big Ben....Steve Bartkowski to Alfred Jenkins.
There have been so many over the years. This does not register , they won. The best part about this game is that it is over

A true Saints finish is up by 2 or 6 with 2:00 to go.

Cleveland Browns Couch Hailmary
Beastmode Lynch bitching the Saints defense in oblivion
Vernon Davis/Alex Smith immortalized in Candlestick
Minny Miracle and a whiff tackle for the ages
Hasselbeck becoming Montana against a good Saints team in Seattle
A no call which changed the trajectory of the organization for years to come
Those are just some of the finishes we all know and are accustomed to…

Deuce and company lateraling over and over on the final kickoff against the Bears and scoring the TD only to miss the extra point and lose by 1. It will always be at the top of my list.

I'm surprised we won. Last half of the game yesterday against a bad Giants team reminded me with some of those passes so much of when we'd play bad Panthers teams and Delhomme would scramble and blindly toss it up and somehow Steve Smith would catch the ball with multiple defenders (Roman Harper & Kevin Kaesevaharn) around him.
We certainly have had some terrible Saints finishes though lol
--Denver (I think) at home on a blocked XP they run back for the score to give them the lead
--49ers with Alex Smith & Vernon Davis torching Roman Harper
--Minneapolis Miracle with Marcus Williams whiff
--Rams no-call
--Jags relay for TD only have to Carney miss XP

If you had made it clear that this was the most Saints WIN ever…people might have gotten your point.
