Thomas Incident (Update)

A house is being built next to one of the houses he owns in the neighborhood. The site manager’s truck was blocking his driveway. Thomas pulled up, got out his vehicle, and got into it with the site manager. Grabbed a rock and threw at the managers truck window. Then, he grabbed the managers phone and went inside his house. Cops came and it took Thomas a while to answer the door. The cops were going to give Thomas a ticket, but the construction workers insisted he get arrested so they arrested him. Thomas must have reached out to Olave because Olave eventually went to Thomas’ house.
Construction work has to be done before 6pm in the neighborhood. The incident occurred around 5:45pm. When MT pulled up the crew was trying to load a crane on the trailer.
Truth is the process of driving piles has been bad on this site. Some piles have split, so the crew has added water to the lot creating a huge mess. MT and other neighbors around the construction site have been very upset because of the amount of mud splashing on the adjacent houses and into the street. Also, there’s a small median on the street making it difficult for the crew to park trailers and not allowing neighbors to get in and out of their houses easily.
MT and the site manager actually had words earlier in the day. MT left his house, eventually came back home, and that’s when everything went down. He parked his car and walked across the street to another job site to grab a couple bricks and threw it into the windows. The managers truck was actually parked across the street and was not blocking the driveway. The trailer was blocking one part of MT driveway, but MT could have still parked into his driveway, go inside his house, and the incident didn’t have to happen. No doubt it’s a frustrating situation, but wish MT would have handled it differently. Unfortunately, it might get worse for MT. A few houses around the site have the whole thing on camera and now detectives are reaching out to the owners. Also, the site manager called an ambulance because he claimed he was having a panic attack.

Why didn’t the a-hole move his truck?

Who knows. I find it hard to believe MT asked him to move his truck from blocking his driveway and he just refused for no reason

Construction a supervisors can be bigger assholes than most

I’m well aware. Emotional WR’s can lose their temper as well. Even if the worker said “I refuse to move my truck” you have to be pretty crazy to start throwing bricks through their windows no? I’m trying to think of what someone would have to say to me to make me attempt to throw two bricks through the window of their car

Mike Thomas has been onthis team for 8 years and has never had 1 thing happen of the field.
Also how is blocking someone's driveway acceptable?
I highly doubt he got out if his car and just put a brick into a truck.
Maybe MT13 was just a dick or maybe the Construction guy was an a-hole, but you call the cops you don't break the law and destroy someone's property.
That Construction company is going to get some shite not a good move especially if you were blocking the driveway

I know the Kenner Police Chief. Unfortunately, MT IS REALLY CRAZY. The police have been to his house at least a dozen times in 2013. He is mentally unstable. Pretty sad.
