He's suing the NFL, Giants, Broncos and Dolphins for racism.

Probably file an addendum to the lawsuit to include the Saints if passed over

Oh boy, this is going to get interesting. Brian Flores is suing the NFL and all 32 teams as the main representative in a class-action lawsuit, alleging racism in hiring practices. The Giants, Dolphins, and Broncos are all specifically named as defendants. The lawsuit includes private texts from Bill Belichick where he congratulated Flores for getting the New York Giants job before Flores had even interviewed... because Belichick got Brian Flores and Brian Daboll confused, and apparently the Giants interviewed Flores knowing they were already hiring Daboll. Flores also alleges that Stephen Ross, owner of the Miami Dolphins, offered to pay him $100,000 for every loss during the 2019 season to help the team get a better draft spot. And he alleges that the head brass of the Denver Broncos showed up hungover to his 2019 interview, which was a sham just to satisfy the Rooney Rule before the Broncos hired Vic Fangio

Yeah I doubt he gets hired by anyone. He’s probably the next Kaep but unlike Kaep he actually has some ability

I'm sure he'd enjoy any NFL head coaching job.

I mean, if they already had their guy and still interviewed him to fill their Rooney Rule requirements, knowing that he had no shot, then it sounds like he has a valid case.

No interest in hiring him at this point, though, because I don’t want any part of this shite show

Dinner was last night, the formal interview is today. I wonder if he told them at dinner he was suing

I don't want a coach who complains about racism.

That's the problem with the Rooney Rule. It forces teams to go through the motions or get fined

I don't like the idea of if it doesn't work out and you have to fire him then he will call racism.
