What does the 1st round pick say about Kellen Moore’s assessment of Trevor Penning?

On TOS there is rumor Saints could move 40 and Penning to try to get Dart later.

Penning’s stock is not high enough for that, and Penning was fairly solid last year. I think Moore probably sees Penning moving to G, but getting rid of a decent-good lineman after just drafting one to improve the line……would be fricking stupid.

But this is the Saints we are talking about

That’s kind of a real line.

And this might turn out to be pretty solid. If Penning doesn’t produce then he is gone. If he shines, he gets paid!

I think he is sending a clear message to Penning that he better come to camp in the best shape and 100% focused or he will be wearing a different color jersey in the near future.
