He just got out of college.
By your logic the Colts should have cut Peyton Manning.

Yeah... he'll have a couple years to learn from Carr

I'm willing to wait & watch him develop

I’ll take that kid over Winston all day. Jameis is a fricking lost cause. He needs to be cut and save us a roster spot for someone like Kirklin or an extra OL. If we lose Carr it’s over anyway so I’m fine with Taysom and Haener being the other QBs active.

Geez he was sure locked on #87 tonight. It was like no one else was running routes. He targeted him 15 times in just over a half of football.

Considering the kid had about 0.8 sec to throw, wtf you expect

Winston might be a decent backup but they played Dalton over him and drafted this kid. What’s the point of bringing him back?

Dont care, starters solid. Hopefully only see backup QB in week 18 after saints already locked up their playoff seed

Caleb Williams is trash. Sorry what qb other than hurts has been good outta Lincoln Riley's system? Can't count Hurts because he was at Bama so I give them the credit not Okies.

He was pressured on pretty much every play it felt like. Still looks better than JW imo

It’s not even close. Winston has the stronger arm but that’s literally it. Haener is better everywhere else. I would like to see him with the starters.

Haener RTG tonight was 36.3

In Winston’s 80+ game career, 36.3 would be his 2nd worst.

As Saints fans, we got the pleasure of seeing that 1 game with Winston as a starter.

What a treat.
