Back in the day at our school if two people were fighting and caught some teachers would offer to take the fighters to the gym to put on boxing gloves and let them duke it out.

It is safe to say the wording in any lawsuit is drastically one sided. If you assume the teacher holding a kid down is not factual, this is basically a Jesuit (the order not a specific school) education model.

And I got no problem with that.

2nd grade Fight Club actually sounded kinda cool until you read that they were beating up disabled folks.

Surprised this board isn't praising this teacher for letting kids learn about consequences and repercussions for one's actions. If he was one kids uncle, and letting neighborhood kids box, we'd be praising him.

This looks like the two brothers and a stranger hustle.
Teacher oddly lets them fight. Then mom sues because of the fight.
