Over the years I have finally started reading labels and making smarter choices for myself and family. If I were to drink something like that now, I'd likely pass out.

Ok. Do Samoans and Polynesians just eat a metric shite ton?

Because thermodynamics is undefeated. Calories in vs calories out. Even reports of Samoans from ancient times they were fat where do they get 4k calories a day from?

I don't go to Starbucks much unless I'm on the road -- when I do, I've been stunned at the amount of girls buying these sugar bombs. No wonder everyone is fat.
But McDonalds get all the blame and bad press. There's at least some nutrition in McD vs this truly destructive nonsense.

The amount of sugar in there is equal to 14 glazed donuts

Well, now I feel better about myself for skipping the iced coffee and only having 13 donuts.

Crikey! That’s a lot of sugar in a coffee.
