Someone told me that if you were vaccinated after about 1970 you have lifetime immunity, but the vaccine before that wore off in a decade or so. I got mine in 1963. A doctor advised me to get re-vaccinated. Anyone know anything about this?

And are you trying to make a cogent point? The MMR vax is decades old, long ago proven safe and effective. There is No downside to taking it, but apparently you're ok with .85 little kids dying a horrific death... When you can't come up with a single logical reason to not take it.

I guess this little girl who died can always take pride in having taken one for the team! It sure seemed to make big-brain thinkers like you and her "grieving" parents happy....
