No. There was a kiddie pool that was inflated and filled as part of one of the house's decorations (hint: the house later burned to the ground). One of the guys doing the decorating, unknown to the rest of the frat, ran an extension chord to power some lights underneath that kiddie pool. It turned out the extension chord had a short and ended up electrifying the pool.
