Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to bite into a T-Rex steak or Triceratops chops. What would a giant reptile taste like?

So many lifeforms have gone extinct during Earth’s history. Sometime I wonder what they would have tasted like. Mammoths, mastodons, etc. all make me wonder what they would have tasted like.

I also wonder how many plants have gone extinct that would have been unique, delicious foods for us to enjoy. There are so many flavors from the past that we’re missing out on today

If a meteor didn't do it, Cajuns would've hunted dinosaurs to extinction.

Probably not too different than Iguana which I tried once. It wasn’t for me . Tasted like an old roasting hen with almost a metallic aftertaste.

every damn day.

I'm obsessed with the idea of andouille made from brontasaurus. And the readily available quantity.

Also wonder if there were crawfish the size of Rottweilers
