I have T-Mobile home internet and it went out last night around midnight and hasn't come back yet

Downdetector is reporting at least data issues in BTR, MSY, and LAF making the national top 10 cities with outages.
Try turning off 5G first, then try turning off LTE if that doesn't work. You may be able to at least squeak out 3G to send text messages at least.

Good idea. Also, flipping it into Airplane mode and back will force a phone to re-connect to a carrier and update carrier settings. I have to do that when I don't receive text messages from businesses (for 2 factor auth) from time to time.

Mine was out in Metairie, restarted the router and it came back up
