*No, it’s not a political movement.

BILL SPEIDEL'S UNDERGROUND TOUR is Seattle’s most unusual attraction, a humorous stroll through intriguing subterranean storefronts and sidewalks entombed when the city rebuilt on top of itself after the Great Fire of 1889.

How the hell has some Seattle mega hipster not opened a bar here yet?

I believe that's where the term "Shanghaied" originated

I did the guided tour. It was pretty cool and worth the money if you're in Seattle. They also have an "adult" tour that focuses more on opium dens and prostitution.

Probably would start out as a nice trendy place that would inevitably lead to calls to “de-colonize” the workspace, hand over control to the workers, and refusal to call the police in regards to rampant tip jar thievery.

Took the tour about 10 years ago. Very cool. You could see the original entrance of several buildings. Imagine the if they filled the French Quarter 10 feet and made ask the second floors the main entrance. That was what they did to Seattle to solve the flooding problems.

I saw an Asian man drop trou and take a massive dump in the alleyway behind Pioneer Square between James and Cherry Streets as I was walking to Collins Pub circa 2015. This is only relevant because it was behind the tour building.

used to love to go to Seattle, it's totally fricked up now, was in the Safeway downtown a couple of years ago, they had to lock up the Tide balls with the booze and cigarettes to keep the idiots from shoplifting them to eat

I don't understand this sentence. Explain it to me like I'm 5 years old. Or a boomer

there was a fad going on a couple of years ago, maybe it still is, with the highly intelligent yutes of today eating Tide balls, now explain that to me like I was a five year old
ETA: Tide balls = capsulized laundry detergent

Well first, my friend was like 'what's that dude doing?' as he waddled into the alley. Obviously we looked as we walked past the alley, but then we saw that he was squatted not far from the street and his butthole had something not unlike this science experiment erupting from it. Another friend was like, whoa, that's a big dump, and we all nodded and continued walking as we continued our discussion as to what song each of us should sing at karaoke later.

There's a Safeway in downtown?
