Anybody take Z Pack while in Mexico?

Got a bad sinus infection getting worse. Any experience with Zertilan azithromycin? Worth tryin?

Call Dr (American) for proper dosage. Walk in to any pharmacia. You can grab "azithromycina" of the shelf

Zpac dosing is 500 mg on day one and 250 mg on days 2-5. Azithromycin is overused and is starting to see resistance. It is more effective and safe at higher doses (500 mg for 8 days is not uncommon). I prefer Cefdinir.

>10d? If not, high volume saline rinses of nasal passages (Neti pot or similar, distilled water) twice a day, Zyrtec, and Flonase are all OTC and will all help significantly more than an antibiotic.
