Anyone ever live in bluebonnet towers?

I am moving to BR. I need a place to stay and they have some pretty good prices. The thing is I've read it is a place for religious people. My girlfriend would stay over one night a week. Should I look elsewhere?

I've never lived there but those are the old Jimmy Swaggart dorms that were converted into studio apartments I believe. I don't think they are affiliated with Swaggart so it's not religious to my knowledge. Swaggart likes his hookers anyway so who cares what they think The location is great fwiw.

Idk how much they enforce it but when you apply they give you a huge contract full of weird rules like not having opposite sex partners stay the night and not drinking etc etc
It's also a month to month arrangement on both parties, so I assume if they bust you with your GF you'll be looking for a new place to stay in short notice

Dude I knew in college did. No alcohol allowed in room, and can't drink anywhere on site. He stayed 6 months and he gone

Seriously? I thought they sold that and the hotel building and the gym and a few other properties. I figured that old fart just owned the original church across the street now.

Yeah I did for a month. The apartments are shite.
LSU med contracts out an apartment complex for the students to stay on the baton rouge rotations. Used to be in tigerland and one year they contracted out the Bluebonnet towers/swaggarts old buildings.
Cinderblock walls look just like old dorm rooms.

I hate apartment complexes. I would recommend checking out places in spanish town or beauregard town

Hotel has nothing to do with that place. Yes, I'm afraid I'm very serious. At least when he lived there. Plus it's like a prison in the rooms. No need to worry about secs no chicks going in there.
