I used to have my drivers run over opossums, but then i saw a wonderful National Geographic program detailing their importance to the ecosystem, so now i tell my drivers not to run them over.

A long time ago I tried nutria.. a very small piece and it wasn't that great at all.. I would imagine opossum taste worse.

No, but I had to baby skunks that I caught in the 80s, had a vet remove the glands, kept them for about three years. They were almost like cats but not as assholish.
