Anyone recognize this serial killer's voice from Louisiana? Called Howard Stern

Show years ago. They may have caught him but I'm not sure. Looks like it hasn't been posted on since 2018. Anyone recognize this person's voice?

There was a thread about this on the serial killers subreddit. IIRC they came up with some plausible victims in that timeframe so he may have been telling the truth.

If he was 16 when he started, had already killed 12 and had two children in 1997 then he was probably in late 20's around then. That was Almost 25 years ago so would put him around 50 to mid fifties now. Voices don't really change so someone will surely recognize the voice if it keeps getting noticed.

That guy is from Philly or Jersey, so there is a clue. I can tell his accent. Plus that's why he would call Stern. Stern came on 106.5 back then, and obviously he is huge in that area of the country.
