I only buy Mayo for living room furniture. It's all made in Texas and it's an order of magnitude better in quality than anything you'll find in a store like Ashley.

Furniture is like a lot of things you can buy something that looks nice for a while or buy something that will last a lifetime. Some people change furniture like underwear and some tend to have static taste. Some people equate higher-end furniture with uncomfortable and stuffy but it doesn't have to be. We have a set of MCM lounge chairs and ottomans that everyone that has ever sat in them comments on how comfortable they are. While you can still buy them new you can find ones 50 to 60 years old in excellent condition. They have been made continuously by Herman Miller and in the last few years have been knocked off by dozens of companies.

I have a room full of Flexsteel, it is as good as advertised, Gallery furniture in Houston makes some nice deals on it too, but it is pricey I think two recliners one reclining loveseat and one reclining sofa set me back 9,000

Great quality leather, it’s gonna last and look beautiful for a long long time

Has anybody purchased an Article Timber leather sofa?

They seem nice, but it's a big leap of faith when you have to order online.

Why not just have it built?

Its lazyboy pricing but its exactly what you want for the house you're in. I've done this three times, just find the right shop. It will probably take longer on average.

Really? We have had ours for over a year and probably power-reclined 3 times.

The pieces they carry in Lake Charles are arse ugly. My wife is not a fan of huge baseball stitching on her furniture
