Zoo is much better. The Aquarium is very underwhelming. Zoo is way more bang for the buck. We have a 3 year old and a 6 year old, so we go often. Usually when we do the Aquarium we are finished in an hour and then get lunch in the quarter which is nice on a pretty day. The Zoo you could spend hours and it is way more spread out as previously mentioned.

Also pro tip: Its worth it to get a membership to the Audubon Zoo if you plan on going to zoo or aquarium more than once per year. i think a membership is like 200 bones for a family of 4. that would be about the cost if you went once to the zoo and once to the aquarium. so it pays for its self in two trips.

To add to this, you also get some small discounts on food and merch. There might be a few other perks as well like priority tix to boo at the zoo and things like that.

Went to the aquarium recently. The touch pool was cool but other than that, avoid it. The thing is small and for a family of 5, was $200. Very much not worth it.

Go to the zoo. The weather is nice for outside for a brief period of time. Go to the aquarium in the summer

How can you be the King of New Orleans if you do not have a brick at the aquarium?

The aquarium sucks. Avoid. I took my kids there when we were in town a few weeks ago. I had not been since I was a kid. It is way over priced.

I’m surprised the office of king doesn’t have a residency requirement

Audobon Zoo. The Audobon Park Loop (right next to the zoo) usually has some nice talent jogging.

This is the information Kings know about. Everyone knows it's good to be the king.

If you only have time for one, the Zoo, but if you really want to go to the Aquarium, it makes sense to just make a whole day out of it and do both Zoo and Aquarium.

Aquarium is more expensive, in general, and have to pay for parking.
