Bar Where Chicken Shites on a Number

Seriously- I had a friend from Arkansas just ask me about this.
He claims there is a bar S. of NOLA where they have a game in which a chicken presumably walks around on a numbered board. When the chicken shites on a number, the patrons win a prize.
I am born and bred here- never heard of such a place. Discuss.

Chicken shite bingo!
There are several bars in the Austin area that do it...that's where I was introduced.
You pay a couple of bucks, draw a number out of a bag, and if the chicken shits on your number, you win $100. It's hilarious.

The only time I’ve seen this in NOLA is when Dale Watson plays Rock N Bowl.

Chicken Drop Lounge, used to be on Salt Bayou Rd in Slidell. Been gone since Katrina
They used to stick a short straw up the chicken’s arse and let some lucky patron blow air up there and that would make the chicken $hit. Good times!

But when I do it, they call the cops and throw me out.

I believe Castaways in Grand Isle used to do it. I think they called it a chicken drop. Never saw it, neighbor told me about it

Back in the day, there was a bar in Mobile Alabama that would drop a few goldfish into their behind the bar salt water aquarium and people would bet on which goldfish would he the last one eaten.

I want to say we use to go out there sometimes on Thursday’s for steak night. Nice Ribeye, potato and some sides for $15.

I used to go in there as a kid

There were a number of bars that did that.
My favorite unique gambling experience I first saw at the Sauce Piquante Festival in Raceland in the late eighties.
It was great. There was a booth maybe 10' x 10" and painted along the counter around the booth were different colors. You would bet on a color. A nun in full habit would collect the bets. Inside the booth was a horizontal wheel on some kind of axle and made of ply wood. Along the edges were the squares painted in the colors you could bet on. Drilled in the middle of the squares was a single hole maybe 2 inches in diameter.
When all the bets were laid the nun would push the wheel and it would start spinning and then she should would release a rat from a box into the middle of the wheel. The rat would run to the edge and go in a hole. Whatever hole the rat ran into decided the winner of the bets. (Underneath each hole was a box and they would simply slide the box out and reuse the rat. I think they had three of four rats in boxes they would rotate.)
It was a kick.
I haven't seen the game in years. Somebody probably complained about the gambling.
Here is a couple of similar games LINK and LINK

It was a stop on a few Power Runs. I never saw an actual chicken, but the board was on the floor.

That game was popular at fairs when I was a kid. We always played. We called it the rat game.
