Bedico Creek Subdivision

I know the topic generally has been discussed before, but I was hoping to hear from only the people who do live, or have lived, in Bedico Creek subdivision. Do you/did you like it? Pros and cons?

I looked, but ended up in Lake Orleans closer to Ponchatoula. Nothing wrong with it, Cookie Cutter like everything else in the whole area.

Traffic on hwy 22 is HORRIBLE...don't move there, don't build...lot's of great homes in Slidell

If you want good public schools skip Tangi and go to Livingston. Springfield is only a short drive from I 55 and anything west of the causeway on the south shore is more quickly accessed from I-55 than the causeway.

Bedico Creek isn't in Tangipahoa. It's in the Mandeville school district I believe.

I second that, we don't want him here. Nothing personal, but I live 3 miles outside of Ponchy off of 22 and the traffic is terrible.

it’s a great place to raise a family....
now not up to the standards of ponchatula or slidell...
we work on the south shore and drive the bridge daily...well worth the drive. your either a baller or a biotch...

Might want to check that, parts of the subdivision appear to be in Tangipahoa. The entrance could be misleading. Tho I'm sure that is not intentional on anyone's part.

Anyone thinking of moving to Bedico Creek or any other subdivision along Hwy. 22 west of the Madisonville bridge who plans to make the commute to and from the S.Shore on a daily basis should take test drives to their prospective homes at Rush Hour. First.
The traffic you will see while shopping for the house on weekends does not compare to life-altering time wasted you will spend on HWY. 22 in the evenings trying to get home. Every evening. Then Friday will come and the Madisonville bridge will go up to let some sailboat slip past you and you may truly come to know the meaning of buyer's remorse.

Just to help everyone out. He is referring to Bedico CREEK not Bedico TRACE.
Trace is off Hwy 22 at the parish line and is all in tangipahoa parish. Creek is off 1085 in St Tammany.
