What is the OT's go to dry cleaners in BR for both price and quality? Specifically for dress shirts, slacks, and the occasional suit.

Suttons on Government near Acadian does mine.

They also do a shite-ton of work for the downtown BR legal community. Looking through the names over there is like reading the members list of the Baton Rouge Bar Association.

Peerless on Perkins.

Used them for 10 years. They may not be the cheapest, but they are reliable and have always treated me well. I've only had one problem and they took care of it. They mistakenly put my order under the wrong name and couldn't find my stuff. About $60 worth of dry cleaning. An hour after I left the owner called, explained what went wrong, apologized and took care of the bill.

If you're new to an area, the rule of thumb is pick a dry cleaner next to a country club or nicer neighborhood.

For me, in dry cleaning, best is more about service. Welsh's on Staring/Highland is my choice. Very fair price, they turn everything around in 24 hours and they have never lost any of my items. I've tried some of the one's mentioned already and their prices were higher, they generally took longer and have lost items. And I can't tell by looking at a finished item who did the work no matter who the dry cleaner is.
