Best place to buy LSU apparel in Covington/Mandeville

Helping my brother move into an apartment in Covington and want to pick up some LSU gear before I leave. I'd usually just stop at the LSU bookstore or place by Mike cage in BR but I think they will be closed when I drive back through on Sunday. Thinking about hitting up the local Academy. Would this be my best bet?

there's an lsu store in the strip mall at 190/22. same strip as times grill and fresh market.

Don't live in Covington, but I'd answer yes if you were asking about Monroe or Shreveport.

The Black and Gold store off of 190 in Covington. Next to Pier 1 by Home Depot.

Academy will have a large selection. There'll probably be a couple of racks of shirts about 30' inside the front doors. If you don't find anything you like there, turn right and walk all the way towards the fishing poles. There'll be Saints and LSU shirts on your left and hats, mugs and other small items on your right.

Definitely the most quality merchandise. Haven't been to the Black and Gold store though. Beats the crap out of Academy for sure.

Mikes Den is usually where I go. Black and Gold has a bigger selection but not the quality. There is also a nice place in Slidell that is comparable.

Depends on what you want, but Mikes Den, Academy and actually TJ Maxx are all good options.

Also Perlis has a limited lsu selection of polos, but what they have is quality and unique. It is near mikes den.

I like the LSU stuff I've gotten from Perlis in Mandeville. But my preference of "LSU gear" is a button down and jeans. Not really a coach's shirt or fishing shirt.
