I just cant imagine never getting tired of eating the same thing every day. I love food and can’t imagine not enjoying trying all types of dishes and sticking basically to just one
His health isn’t surprising though. Some people just have good genetics. But it says he walks 6 miles a day. If you exercise regularly you can eat whatever you want.

If he's eating for lunch and dinner, with no fries, no caloric soda it's easy.
He walks 6 miles a day too.
Big Mac is only like 550-600 calories.

But what do they do with the unused top half of the bun for a Big Mac?

$4.99/each
Thats a small fortune.

I’ve never had a Big Mac but I eat about 2 quarter pounders per year. That’s a damn tasty burger. This makes me want to give a Big Mac a try. And The Founder about Ray Kroc is a good movie. Plus The Food That Built America episode about Mcdonalds and Burger Kimg is an interesting episode.

I watched his documentary. It is literally the only thing he eats. He buys them on a Sunday for the whole week. I think he freezes the or puts in the fridge. He only eats old ones. His bloodwork is great because it's only like 1000 cals a day.

That's an average of 2.7 Big Macs per day since
birth...lol.
birth...lol.

Gorske claims that after getting his first car, the first place he went to was the McDonald's on Military Road in his hometown of Fond du Lac on May 17, 1972.[4][5] He purchased and ate three Big Macs at lunchtime. He returned two more times to consume nine Big Macs the same day he discovered the burger. He further claims to have eaten 265 Big Macs the following month, an average of 8.5 Big Macs daily. If true, this would equal over 4,600 calories and 247 grams of fat daily, for 143,100 calories and 16.9 pounds (7.7 kg) of fat in one month.
Damn he like them so much.

Everybody wants their little life to be known for something. Guess that was the best he could do.

Everyone is made different, but fast food actually makes me feel blah the day after eating it. Its nothing extreme and I will forget about it until I get that feeling and then I remember I had it the day before. The idea of doing what this guy does makes me sick. But I see he doesn't eat the fries, which is one of the most unhealthiest things to eat so there is that and he walks six miles a day, but how does he get the other nutrients he needs?
Does he at least consume any fruit and veggies? Or anything that has more real meat in it? Or anything that has protein in it?

I wonder if he takes nutrition supplements because that diet leaves him lacking bigtime

those things tasted nasty with that 1000 island dressing they called "special sauce"
once i was able to get one without the special sauce, because i knew the manager, and it was pretty good sandwhich.
but other than that one time, they wouldnt make it without the sauce any other place i tried

Bro saving so much cash (for more Big Macs) having his mom give him and his sexy wife a mixing bowl haircut every 2 months.

When I was a kid, I would dream of getting my drivers license so I could drive to get a Big Mac anytime I wanted. For the record I was rail thin.
Still love them, unashamedly, but it’s a 2x a year kind of thing since I’m no longer rail thin. Trying to wrap my head around 9 a day, which is an expensive habit for starters.

Probably more a routine he can't live without at this point. Some people get addicted to routines and would rather die than stop.
My dad also walks 6-7 miles a day and has done so for decades. Says life would not be worth living if he couldn't get his morning walk in anymore lol.
