there's a great story about nye. he got married and divorced his wife like a week later so she got some weed killer and sprayed down his whole organic garden while he was away from home

Essentially. Bill Nye has been a pretty vocal public proponent of climate change, environmental, and scientific awareness. He was one of the more visible figures at that recent science awareness event. TD is pretty staunchly in the climate change is fake or has no ties to human activity camp.

FWIW Vladimir Klitschko, world heavyweight boxing champ, has a Ph.D. and it isn't an honorary one either apparently.
