Bing's Image Creator is Woke! NSFW

I'm working on a new novel and considering various cover art. I tried to get an image from Bing using the following prompt:
The AI elf refused to create this image citing it violated their policies. I removed the reference to "grid girl" - it still refused to make an image for me. I removed "form-fitting" - again it refused.
I gave up and moved to Open Art, and it created me this image:
Anyone else have experience with these image creators?

Most wouldn't be available to me to use as cover art on my novel. My last novel I got some great cover art through an image creator.

It's refusing to make porn for you, even if your prompt should not have produced porn. Which, obviously, is extremely woke. Putting safeguards on free-to-consumer technology that could otherwise be exploited in innumerable nefarious ways is the key signpost of our pussified, offend-no one culture.
