Rapper Bryan Williams, better known by his stage name, Birdman, abandoned his massive Louisiana mansion shortly after Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005.
And it appears he hasn’t returned since.
The 10,948 square-foot property was damaged as a result of the devastating storm, which killed more than 1,800 people.
Now, the eerie New Orleans home has sat vacant and idle for more than 15 years.
The home is worth an estimated $650,000 today, according to Realtor, which is reasonable considering the area is prone to flooding and natural disasters.

That’s in Eastover and is a relic of what could have been and what they were trying to do with that whole area.
It’s really amazing.
Lol

Before the Cash Money Records founder purchased the home in 2004, it belonged to NFL star Pat Swilling, who played linebacker for the New Orleans Saints in the 1990s

I get he already has a bunch of money, but why not just sell it and get something out of it?
Posted on 5/26/21 at 1:52 pm to tgrbaitn08
He should gift it to his Son.

It’s Pat Swillings old house in Eastover. Back when they were trying to make that a huge suburb full of money before the entire area collapsed into a wasteland of poverty and crime
