Bleeding nipples.

Have any of you baws experienced more frequent bleeding from your nipples as you get older? I’ve been running long distances off and on for the last 20 years.
My first experience came after about 10 years of running. It was a 10 mile run on a hotel treadmill and I wasn’t wearing a form fitting shirt, so the fabric was basically rubbing against my nipples every stride. I didn’t feel any pain during the run, but afterwards I looked into the mirror and noticed two red streaks down my shirt. Eventually I realized the streaks could only be explained by blood from my nipples.
I wasn't at all concerned with the first occurrence, since I was on a treadmill for 10 miles wearing a shirt that could easily explain the situation.
For the previous 10 years, I haven’t had a similar experience. But in the last year I’ve experienced similar red streaks down my shirt twice after 7-8 mile runs. Both of these times I was wearing form fitting shirts where the fabric shouldn’t have been rubbing across my nipples as much as the first time.
Have any of y’all experienced this? I don’t have man boobs. But as you get older, do your nipples change and make them more likely to bleed when you run more than 6 miles? It doesn’t seem to cause any pain or other issues, except two red streaks on my shirt beginning at my nipples.
What do you recommend? Should I make an appointment with a boob doctor? I don't think I need to change shirts, since this style has worked fantastic for 19 out of the last 20 years. Should I just keep running, and then proudly walk around with nipple blood streaks on my shirt, as I have been doing?

Put Aquaphor on your nipples before you run

You might need a ‘manzere’ Baw.

No shirt when you run if it’s above 45 degrees.

Dude. Stop fricking running so much.
Really.
Elliptical, treadmill, stair master and more resistance training.
If you must, Bandaids….

Take a band-aid, cut off both sticky parts with scissors and throw the padded part away. Apply sticky parts to nipples before long run. Works for me.

10 miles on a hotel treadmill? That itself sounds more miserable than the bleeding nipples.

They sell nipple cover pasty things for running. I use them for any runs over about 10. I also use them when I have to wear a shitty Jersey for the MS150 because they’re apparently printed on sand paper.

I was training for a marathon and didn’t have a choice. Bleeding nipples isn’t miserable, meaning you don’t feel any pain. I just don’t know if there are other things I need to consider.

You're an avid runner and don't know about bleeding ripples?
Others have mentioned bandaid, aquaphor, Vaseline, etc. I prefer this method:

I just run. I’m not trained or anything and am learning as I go along.
That guy in the green shirt looks as fake as frick. From my three experiences, the blood steak will begin at the pointy part of the nipple. It won’t go above that. Your dripping sweat will make the blood gravitate down. It also won’t be a strong red color, as it will be diluted by your sweat.

Andy Bernard went to Cornell. He’d never lie about running.

Buy Nipeaze and be done with Chaffing. Don't use chopped up band aids. Just look on Amazon. They stick well and are easy to get off.
