Brother won a billboard contest for Lamar in Lake Charles. Where should he put it?

Brother in Law won a small business billboard contest for Lamar (Advertising Company that does Billboards) where he can put his business on any Billboard in the Lake Charles area for 30 days.
Question is where should he put it?

I’d consider somewhere along the loop (Ryan St exit perhaps) because the loop will get more intra-city traffic than I-10.

Will this be a regular billboard or an LED one that changes? The one on Ryan/210 would be hard to beat. It’s currently occupied by another HVAC/plumbing company that reads “let’s get this potty started” same company has one at Nelson/210 that reads “you hot bro?” What is his company name?
