For the life of me I can't understand how a man can have a heterosexual orientation and be transgender. Jenner has absolutely no attraction to men and never has had. He married three women and fathered 6 children. How can he be transgender if he likes women?

There are other cases where a man wants to be a woman and actually goes through a sex change but has always desired women sexually. I consider myself to be fairly well educated about the psychology of sexual orientations but this one has me buffaloed.
