Most companies that import foods, drugs, etc (it doesn’t matter what Country it comes from) has to perform 3rd party testing before and after production before they can sell their product. This includes things like salmonella, E. coli, toxins, etc.

Nope... tracking package progression is a function of a logistics dep. or the shipper themselves. Customs depts. of countries can inspect or be concerned with incoming freight/ parcels, not outgoing.
