You would be shreds though. You'd bleed to death if you did not make the kill in first move.
Nude cat, nude guy. Awful.

I think I can take this one
This is more like how the OT would react
A little taste of 1on1

The shite kind of steroids are those bobcats on?
I think that's a lynx.
Most bobcats I've killed have been pretty damn small.
I saw a gigantic bobcat up close in Yosemite national park. I thought it was a small size bear at first. I watched it eat a whole squirrel
Against a full grown bobcat, a human would be shredded apart

I'd knock that thing out with one punch.....it's a cat for Christ's sake.
Unless youre the fricking Mountain, no you would not

Would pay to see though

I seriously doubt that 98% of people could kill a housecat with their bare hands, much less a bobcat.
It doesn't take much feline to put a serious hurting on a person.

I believe I could take the bobcat, but the bobcat would mess me up pretty good before the fight ended - there would be some significant recovery time involved

What's worse is we have an older cat and she's about 3 years old. She has not adjusted to the new kittens. She's mean af now. She attacks me at night. It's terrible. She isn't big either.
A 40 pound male bobcat? FUUUUUUUUUUUCK that

Yes. Bobcats weigh about 20lbs. One should be able to kill something that weighs 20lbs with their bare hands.

I bet the same people saying yes in this thread say they can kill a police German Shepard too.

have you ever tried to hold down a domesticated cat when it doesn't want to be?? lol anything "wild" is on completely different level. it would literally rip your flesh off, probably wouldn't kill you, but you would look like Freddie Kruger
it would
it would

i think the biggest factor would be being able to get a hit in on the bobcat before going for a choke, or trying to smash it's head. if you've ever seen a dog or cat get it's head hit, there's a second or two of confusion that i would say is your best chance to get a hold in. not saying it's easy, but a kick in the head or side would be the best opening salvo.
somewhat unrelated story, but one time going out to the deer lease, i was watching some ducks on a pond and hit something. felt really bad because some people had dogs they let loose on the dirt road out there and i thought it was one of them. back up and it's a bobcat still alive, but pretty done for. my weird moment of mercy was sticking a knife in it's throat and being scared shitless the whole time. gave him a few minutes to die but he kept pawing at the air like he was trying to get up. surprisingly not a heavy animal.

35 lbs or 25, no difference.
They are stronger than you and when the scratch you, you will bleed.
They kick like a mule, with sharp claws.

Like a small shark, a wild cat doesn't have to be big to frick you up.

Can I get my hands on it? If I get two handfuls of skin I am fairly certain I could smash in on the ground repeatedly untill it is dead. It was shred skin and be incredibly painful but its over once I can get a hold of it. Animals think like animals. Humans when faced with extreme circumstances can be animals too.

A person should be able to just because of sheer size advantage, but he would need a bunch of stitches and immediate medical attention afterwards.

I’m not trying to be a dick, but why do you (or anyone else) want a pet that constantly torments you?
I love my dog to death, but if he acted like your cat, he’d be a gone pecan

A German Shepherd is like 3 times the size of a bob cat. Not exactly the same thing. But it's possible. I wouldn't like my chances, but it's possible.

Dude, I agree with you, but my wife loves that cat. And I did rescue her when she was 3 weeks old. She didn't even fit into the palm of my hand. I can't just ditch her.
Ungrateful bitch.
My dog is a monsta but he's so well-behaved, but he knows I'll put it to him.

I'd try to grab the fur on its back and beat it against a tree or something. I'd probably need about 2000 sutures afterwards though

man I'd hate to have to kill a tom cat much less a big bob.
