Solid rating system largely based on beer price. I had no idea $3-$5 beers were a thing at airport bars.

There was a jazz bar in the Memphis airport several years ago I got stuck in for several hours. Only time I’ve ever flown through Memphis but was the best time. I wish I’d remember the name. I’m sure it’s still there.
Met a smoking hot chick too that was on my flight so we hung out together the whole time.
She was going to see her boyfriend in Charlotte. She gave me the digits and we hooked up the next weekend.

I was stuck there a couple of weeks ago and went there to drink. Ended up getting a burger and it looked like it was made to be in a TV commercial or something... A nice looking burger with great service. I stayed there and got hammered. Ended up staying the night in the airport... f'n AWFUL.

DFW has some good ones. Sadly Pappadeux's has fallen flat on it's face. No crab cake, no lobster bisque, and no customers.

I’ve considered reallocating my travel per diems to an upgraded Delta Amex that gets me in the club, but frick that mess. I want to chose my beers and drink with the trash.

I am not surprised! They have the most amazingly delicious potato skins. I still dream about them. Transported me directly back to the 90's when TGIF were popping in the Mall entrances. Such a simple thing, but they crushed on the delivery.
