He pays the actors in his videos an average of $25-26/hr. If they complain, they don't work again. They demanded a meeting so they could complain to him. He said no.
There is a reason they are not regular actors, working SAG gigs. He found a niche, got a following, and they want to make equal to him. He said no.
They can leave their $25.50 behind and join the workforce that works or make farcical videos. They choose to "act" and complain.

My son watches these. He uses the same actors over and over again but it’s not like you’d miss one or all of them if they were swapped out. If they want to make what Dhar Mann makes, they should have made their own stupid video channel.
