The local distributors do it for the krewes
Whether or not the krewe organizes it he just needs to call the float captain and ask what distributors deliver to the float

We do have things we can order through the krewe like cups, shirts, hats, footballs, etc. I am just talking about random beads. Will hit up the float captain.

I've been wanting to order from aliexpresss, they have beads for half a penny, and plush toys 10 to 40c. It takes 30-40 days delivery though. Would have to order before Christmas to feel safe.

I order my shite directly from China. Use Alibaba for suppliers. So much cheaper if you are buying a good bit of stuff.

And what shitty parade do you ride in?
I rode in Endymion and just ordered through float captain - show up at parade route and all my shite is loaded.
Of course that was two years ago and all people wanted were light up beads and specialty throws. If I were to ride again, that's all I would buy.
