Service went to crap - daily degradations to the point it was unusable. Full outages were about 6 over a period of 2.5 months.
Currently on a call for 1:45:52 and still #5 in line to cancel service.

I currently have it and haven't had any issues that come anywhere close to the problems I've had with AT&T and charter. And it's much better speeds. So I'll keep my vexus, thank you.

In the three years I've had Vexus fiber I can count the number of hours it's been down on one hand.
Charter on the other hand was just straight hot garbage. You'd look at the cable modem wrong and it was down for hours.

Yay, check refund coming in 4-6 weeks.
I'm able to be productive AND enjoy recreational TD while on a 2 hour hold call. Being in control of ones daily time/schedule has it's benefits.
