Employers have been slow on the draw to update policies because its impossible to tell the difference between hemp vs mj derived thc via drug test.
I'm assuming if you are doing something like operating heavy machinery, "telling the difference" between one or the other is not really something they are concerned with.

Would it really matter to an employer if the same operator takes a THC seltzer on Friday night and goes to work Monday morning stone cold sober?
I fail to see the concern

Eta: not aimed at you, just dumb policies.

Yes, the label says 12 servings per can / 1oz per serving, but below that, for the calories/sugar, it says "Amount per can" -- don't multiply it by 12.

THC-P means it has psychoactive properties... Usually, that means Indica instead of Sativa.

THCp is supposed to be 33x stronger than D9 THC. It is also comparable to THCa. The reason it is believed to be 33x stronger is bc the chemical structure of D9 THC contains a shorter alkyl side chain (five carbon atoms), while THCp contains a longer one (seven carbon atoms). These two extra carbon atoms enhance THCp’s binding affinity to your ECS receptors.
THCp binds more effectively to the CB1 receptors located in your brain. D9 THC engages these same receptors to produce its iconic euphoria and therapeutic benefits. But THCp’s powerful binding affinity is up to 33 times more than D9 THC. However it does not get you 33x higher, but THCp does get you a higher. I like to take THCp along with D9 THC in to get the best of both worlds. A good dose for me would be around 10- 15 mgs of THCp, and 100 mgs of D9/8. Beginners should start w 2-5 mg’s of THCp.
