Go to a feed store or even tractor supply and get something with permethrin or benethrin in it. Broad band insecticide and will kill everything. Roaches will cross the invisible barrier and just lie there and twitch. Spray around your house a couple times a year and you should be good. Can also spray inside but need to let it dry before coming back inside

Malathion was the good shite spray that and you would have bugs coming out all over flipping around... used to spray that back in the day to kill fleas etc in our warehouse

I use Demon Max (cypermethrin) but only around the support piers and plumbing and electrical penetrations under the house. I do a perimeter treatment around my detached garage/workshop. I used to have roach and ant problems. Used to.

Just remember that professionals arent giving a few squirts around the house. They’ve got blasters that resemble proton packs and leave a good thick residue of pesticide all around the perimeter.

Contact killer. I get it and mix it with water and put it in a Stihl blower and fog the crap out of my outside. I use a mask though.

Talstar P once a month

I have that stuff to spray in my yard. Guess I should go on my own.

I just use the Ortho Home Defense Max stuff from Lowe's. Spread the granules around the house every spring, and spray the liquid once a month in the spring/summer. Costs me about $20 a year. Active ingredient is Bifenthrin.

Used to have Orkin, but I hated the guy they kept sending to my house.

I use Suspend SC about 3 times per year

Same, I get it in a little pack that looks like a sugar packet, 1 pack is enough for 2 gallons. Mix it in an old water bottle to get it good and diluted, dump it in the potato pump and spray my house. I have very few spiders outside. Stuff works great.

I live around a bunch of woods and have a ridiculous spider problem in the summer. I use a combination of Talstar granules in the yard, then a mixture of Talstar, onslaught and demon liquid to spray all the beams and rafters outside. It helps ALOT but isn’t perfect. All can be purchased online.

Haven’t heard of suspend SC. Will look into it as well.

You won't find it, but Temic, it kills all, and I mean all. Used to be legal for farming. Not so much anymore

ETA: It's bad

Termites are a different game because they live underground, so ideally your going to have to trench around your house and then treat with something like Taurus or Termidor. 4 gallons per 10 ft.

We also use Suspend Sc to treat outside, but Suspend Polyzone seems to last longer. Suspend SC is only good for a couple good rainfall and then it's washed away.

I live it the sticks too. Used to have the spider problem big time. Used to spray the outside all the time. Then I read somewhere to NOT spray. Within 6 months, no more spider problem. Dam tree frogs and a shite load of lizards showed up. I do spray doorways only just for the hell of it.

Don't have any bug problems at all. Oh, all exterior walls have rock wool insulation that has been treated with some kind of bug spray before blown in. Was told whatever it was, it should last a life time.

Talstar kills everything.

1 oz per gallon of water is the label mix rate but you can spray more on your own property.

Add in a sticker like prentox pb08 and the effects will last longer.

If I didn’t spray, my patio would be overrun with spiders. We have frogs too, but I think you are underestimating how many freaking spiders we have. Again, mixture of Talstar, onslaught and demon helps a lot.
