I also miss looking at the boats and monster trucks in the Copeland showroom when going down the interstate service road

Lagers
I grew up in Metairie. Lagers was the only bar I would go to if going to a bar in Metairie. When it opened, it was the first non-cheesy bar that I knew of.
Winston’s in Old Metairie was the other, but people consider that area as an extension of New Orleans.

Metairie has been all downhill ever since Harry and Big Lee left us
Reminds me of the hope I felt of when Big Lee's spirit graced us in the form of that baw of a cat. And in Big Lee fashion, that ol tom rolled out to the streets to get back to towing.
Some say he does repos for the big man himself now. TD's Bawdian Angel.

Panchos
The people that ran Panchos run another place in Jefferson Parish. Not sure if the name though. Or if you can raise the flag at all in the new place.

Between Egg Roll House and the car king statue on Clearview, Metry is a shell of it's former self.
They could have their own version of "Ain't Dere No More".

Remember that trampoline place on Vets near Bonnabel? Place was a safety hazard. It would stay open for about 90 minutes in today’s legal climate.

Something else was where the Rally’s is now.
The trampoline place was on Vets and Orion a block down, where that gas station is now
