Elizabeth Holmes: A Sociopath Or Unrealistically Focused?

On the book board someone suggested reading Bad Blood: Secrets & Lies In A Silicon Valley Startup. Since the book board doesn't have much activity I decided to discuss Elizabeth Holmes here, which includes things about the book.
If you don't remember her, this is she.
While I haven't finished the book, I am almost done. The book has a lot more details than any report that has been published about her or her company. The book has interviews from former workers, documents, etc.
This woman was/is a complete psychopath or she was so locked in on making what she wanted to do happen, that she didn't want to think otherwise.
Anyone followed this situation or read the book? What do you think about her?

Probably more of a sociopath. Most highly successful people have at least a touch of it

It was fricking strange. The book says she would refer to him as "Steve" as if she was on a first name basis with him..
And after he passed away, she decided she wanted to get a flag with the apple logo on it and fly it half mast. They couldn't find one and she sent someone who worked for her company to go out and try to find one. That person ended up having the logo printed out on a piece of plexiglass shaped like a flag.
She steadily started doing things like Steve Jobs. Like wearing the black turtleneck, etc. Someone who was working for her read Jobs' autobiography and noticed that she was steadily making changes in her "philosophy", etc, etc that it became a joke that they knew where she was, in the book.
