Several years ago I wing-manned for a friend. He brought the girl over and got her naked in the hot tub. I don't believe in the devil's three way so I went to bed and let them be. My younger sister did pageants for a while, years ago. Learning just how much of someone's appearance can be modified, or flat out manufactured, was illuminating

I don't want to call her a liar.... that wouldn't be nice, but there is no way she is in med school.
If someone were to say they were a "med student" you would assume they are in med school
While it is not unheard of for someone to be 22 and in med school, I think it would be quite difficult for her to balance the stresses of med school and working. I'm not going to say its impossible because I'm sure its been done. I'm going to say it is unlikely.
